Refund and Returns Policy
Digital Services Policy
At GraphicWorld, we provide digital services including website creation, website fixing, and graphic design services (logos, banners, and related design work). Because these are custom digital services, our refund policy follows PayPal’s guidelines for digital and service-based transactions.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The service has not started yet
- The service was not delivered as agreed
- There was a duplicate or incorrect payment
- A technical issue prevented delivery and could not be resolved
In such cases, refunds will be processed back to the original PayPal payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The service has already started or been completed
- The client has approved the work or received final files
- Delays caused by missing information, content, or responses from the client
- Change of mind after work has begun
- Design preferences or subjective dissatisfaction after delivery
These conditions are consistent with PayPal’s policy for digital services and custom work.
Revisions & Fixes
If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we offer reasonable revisions based on the original project scope.
Our goal is always to resolve issues professionally before considering refunds.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled before work begins for a full refund
- Once work has started, cancellation may result in a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed
- No refunds are available after full project completion
Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
Filing a PayPal dispute without contacting us may delay resolution.
All transactions are documented and tracked to comply with PayPal Seller Protection policies.
